Any posibilities for indoor water park?

The Campsite is placed near Roskilde Fjord where you can swim for free or you can go to the indoor swimming pool in Roskilde city centre.

Is there any fun for the kids on the campsite?

We both have 2 large playgrounds a jumping pillow, trampoline and bathing bridges where you can either swim from or catch crabs. Furthermore, we have a activity area with table tennis, ladder golf and basketball and also a soccer field by the water.

Is there any possibility to work out on the campsite?

If you want to work out while you are at Roskilde camping. Then Boserup Forest is just around the corner, here there are O-runs, cycling areas and beautiful routes for running. You can also windsurf at Roskilde Fjord, especially in the spring you can find thermal wind, which makes it almost the only place on Zealand with good wind conditions. Here are very ideal conditions for beginners. Or else you can go to roskilde city centre an pay for a work out in any of the gyms.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are very welcome if you pay for them. They simply must be kept on a leash and walked outside the campsite. From the start of the 2020 season, we got a dog park right by the entrance, here your dog can freely run around and play. Furthermore, from the 2020 season we have also made a separate dog shower.

What attractions are near the campsite?

When you find yourself in Roskilde, which is one of Denmark's oldest cities. Then you should take a look on the Cathedral, the Viking Ship Museum, Roskilde pedestrian street or Ros Torv shoppingcenter. Ros Torv has 84 shops, restaurants and also a cinema and fitness center. In addition, in April 2005 and 2007, the shoppingcenter was voted Denmark's most beautiful shopping center. Furthermore, there is exquisite nature all around Roskilde, and there is only 20 minutes by car in to Copenhagen.​

How are the cabins at the campsite?

How does it work with camping pass?

We do not require a camping pass, but you must present a valid ID. 

​

When to check in and out?

On the day of arrival, the arrival must have happened before 6pm or the booking is considered invalid. If you arrive with a camper/caravan or tent check in is after 2pm and if you have rented a cabin/ apartment etc. from us the check in is after 3pm. On the day of departure, payment must be made before noon for campers/ caravan and tents and the site must be left no later than noon as well unless otherwise is agreed. The cabin/ apartment etc. Must be left clean and no later than 11am the day of departure. Furthermore, the gate is open from 7am and close again at 10pm. Between 10pm and 7am only rescue vehicles are allowed to drive on the site.

Is there an option for wireless internet?

Since 2014, we have been able to offer our guests free wireless internet access in the cafe, as well as in the lower kitchen, so you can maintain contact with the outside world, follow the news and share good holiday memories with family and friends.
